The most powerful weapon in Ramayana is Brahmastra. Indrajit employed it after the death of Råvana's other sons. Apart from Hanuman(boon of Brahma) and Vibhishana(Indrajit didn't attacked Vibhishana), it knocked out everyone in the battlefield including Rama and Lakshmana. Approximately 67 crore Vanaras were killed and others were incapacitated or rendered close to death.
Nothing in Mahabharata comes close to this feat. The most impressive feat of a celestial weapon in Mahabharata, is the Agneyastra(empowered by Ashwathama's wrath and possibly Agnivesha’s ascetic power) fired by Ashwathama on 15th day. This weapon vaporized 1 Akshouhini and would've extinguished the Pandavas, if not for Shiva's boon to Krishna. The heat generated by the weapon was said to scorch the entire universe and seemed like Samvarta fire which destroys universe during pralaya.
The other weapons are only relevant statement wise. Featwise, pretty much lackluster. Narayanastra could've killed so many but was countered easily by submitting to it. Brahmashira and Pashupatastra was said to destroy the universe if used at inferior beings, yet nothing happened when Ashwathama fired it against Parikshit.
