These terms and conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Usage”) describe and govern the User’s use of the content and services offered by Sodaru Technologies Private Limited through this website and our official mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Tapas”, “us”, “our”, “Tapas application”, “Website”, “App”).

The Website may update, amend, or modify these Terms of Usage from time to time. The User is responsible to check the Terms of Usage periodically to remain in compliance with these terms.

By accessing the Website and using it, you (“Member”, “You”) indicate that you understand the terms and unconditionally & expressly consent to the Terms of Usage of this Website and its official mobile applications. If you do not agree with the Terms of Usage, please do not click on the “I AGREE” button or use the platform.

The User is advised to read the Terms of Usage carefully before using or registering on the Website or accessing any material, information, or services through the Website. Your use and continued usage of the Website (irrespective of the amendments made from time to time) shall signify your acceptance of the terms of usage and your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

The Website and its official mobile applications is an internet-based portal having its existence on World Wide Web, mobile applications, and other electronic media and provides astrological content, reports, data, panchang, stotras, yoga & dhyana sessions, telephone, video, and email consultations (hereinafter referred to as “Content”).

The Website is offering “Free Services” and “Paid Services” (collectively referred to as “Services”). Free Services are easily accessible without becoming a member; however, for accessing personalized astrological services, receiving custom reports, or getting access to Paid Services, you are required to register as a member on the portal.

By registering for Paid Services, a Member agrees to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate information about themself as prompted by the Website.
• Maintain and update the above information to keep it current, true, and complete.

The User of the Website must be a person who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors under the age of eighteen (18) in most jurisdictions are not permitted to avail of the services provided on the Website and/or its mobile applications without a legal guardian under applicable laws. The Website shall not be held responsible for any misuse by virtue of any unauthorized person or minor using the services.

To avail of the services, the User will register as a Member whereby you agree to provide accurate “Registration Data.” Accounts may be created using your verified phone number (via OTP) or other valid logins (Google, Apple, or email). Use of another User’s account is strictly prohibited. Inaccurate or untrue information may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

The right to use this Website is personal to the User and is not transferable. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords/OTPs and is fully accountable for all activities that occur under their account.

Disqualification: Use of Services is not permitted if:

• The User is a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of astrological or digital consultation services.
• The User has created multiple accounts using various mobile numbers (users may not have more than one active account).

The Website provides certain services available through telecommunication with astrologers listed on the portal. By agreeing to the present Terms of Usage, you give your unconditional consent to the Website and our telecom routing partners to connect a call with you on your mobile number, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry provided by your mobile service provider.

All interaction on this Website must comply with these Terms of Usage. Users shall not post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, profane, or infringing material.

The Website does not guarantee any results or untoward incidents that may happen after seeking services. Seeking consultations is purely at the voluntary risk of the User.

Artificial Intelligence Models: By using the Site, Application, or Services, the User agrees that data may be processed in AI models to provide enhanced, personalized service. All AI usage is governed with protection for users’ personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Liability: Any legal remedy or liability that you seek for actions or omissions of other members, registered astrologers, or third parties is limited to a claim against that particular party. You agree not to impose liability on or seek legal remedy from Tapas or Sodaru Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The Website reserves the right to access accounts created by Users to ensure high-quality service, resolve customer complaints, and investigate reported abuses on a case-to-case basis.

The User consents and agrees that they have read and fully understood the Privacy Policy of Tapas. The terms of the Privacy Policy are acceptable to the User inclusive of any updates or changes made.

The Website may modify, suspend, or terminate an Account without prior notice if:

• The Website cannot verify or authenticate Registration Data or contact details.
• The User provides false, misleading, or fraudulent data.
• Actions cause legal liability or interference with other users or platform administration.

For registered astrologers, the relationship is limited to independent membership. Violation of terms may result in immediate deactivation of their profile.

Users agree strictly not to:

• Post, transmit, or promote defamatory, hateful, abusive, racist, or illegal content.
• Upload infringing content that violates third-party patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or copyrights.
• Harvest screen names, emails, or phone numbers of members for commercial solicitation, junk mail, or spam.
• Upload or transmit viruses, bots, or software designed to disrupt or harm computer operations.
• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, password mining, or security circumvention.
• Resell, commercialize, reverse engineer, or decompile any software or service obtained from the Website.

Abusive or unreasonable behavior toward astrologers or customer support will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent platform ban.

Users agree that all payment details (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI) submitted are legally owned or authorized for their use. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate account details and sufficient funds/credit limits during transactions.

Astrological counseling provided through the Website is based on cumulative and individual knowledge, experience, and interpretations of independent astrologers. Recommendations of mantras, yantras, gemstones, or rituals are made in good faith without warranty of specific outcomes.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for entertainment and personal guidance purposes. Tapas charges for chat/call services on a per-minute basis and disclaims liability regarding physiological or material effects.

Cap on Liability: Under no circumstances shall Tapas, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Tapas’s total aggregate liability shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to the Website for the specific service.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tapas, Sodaru Technologies Private Limited, and its officers, directors, employees, and consultants from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the User’s violation of these Terms or infringement of any rights.

All text, software, audio recordings, graphics, stotras, and trademarks are protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

Except as otherwise stated, all notices shall be in writing and delivered via electronic mail to customercare@tapas.guru.
