• Birth Date & Time of Birth

To ensure an enhanced, accurate, and customized astrological and spiritual experience, we also ask users to update:

• Gender
• Birth Location (City, State, Country coordinates)
• Astrology topics of interest (Career, Marriage, Health, Wealth, Love, Relationship, etc.)
• Current Location for panchang and muhurtha accuracy

We track and collect information about user interactions with our platforms, such as when an app is installed, a wallet recharge is initiated, a consultation is conducted with an astrologer, and ratings or reviews are submitted.

We use the information we collect for research and development, marketing, product analysis, and to ensure the finest user experience. Specific uses include:

• Delivering tailored Vedic content—such as personalized kundali, horoscopes, astrologer recommendations, Vastu guidelines, and spiritual discourses.
• Astrologer Consultations: The user’s First Name, Birth Details (Date, Time, Place of Birth), and stated concerns will be shared with the chosen astrologer exclusively for preparing charts and rendering astrological guidance.
• Quality & Communication Records: When a user signs in to Tapas, we keep records of communication with astrologers to help users reconnect with relevant scholars and resolve service questions.
• Administrative Updates: We may use your email address or phone number to notify you about service updates, upcoming features, or essential account notices.
• Currency & Localization: We use IP addresses and location data to automatically display pricing in your local currency.
