Shiva destroyed Kamadeva with his third eye, so we can definitely say that he can destroy Indra or any other gods with his third eye. Is Shiva capable of destroying even Lord Vishnu and Maa Lakshmi with his third eye? Well Shiva may be able to kill the deities but he cannot harm Lord Vishnu or Mahalakshmi.

With offerings I propitiate the branches of this swift-moving God, the bounteous Visnu. Hence Rudra gained his Rudra-strength: O Asvins, ye sought the house that hath celestial viands.

Shiva gets his power from Lord Vishnu in the Vedas. Lord Vishnu's power is beyond even Shiva and Maa Lakshmi is Adi Shakti. Maa Lakshmi is the mother of Shiva and the beloved wife of Lord Vishnu.

O god! You are the destination of the worlds. The universe has been generated from you. The three worlds, with the gods, the asuras and humans, cannot vanquish you. Therefore, withdraw the divine chakra that you have raised.

No one can defeat Lord Vishnu, so how will Shiva destroy him? Lord Vishnu is beyond birth and death. He is the omnipotent being and the Supreme God.

As far as Maa Lakshmi is concerned, she is the Supreme Power and no one can destroy her. She is Vaishnavi of Lord Vishnu. Parvati is also a part of Shri Lakshmi who is the power of Shiva.
